  • How does the rental process work?

Feel free to browse the items on our website and make a wish list of the items you absolutely love. Then send us an email with your list and any questions you might have. We would be happy to go over everything in your e-mail with you and we will create a custom quote for your event along with any additional ideas and recommendations. Please, note that in order to reserve the items you have chosen for your date, we will need a 50% deposit and then the remaining balance is due 5 days prior to the event.

  • Can I see the items in person?

Absolutely! We would love to meet with you and talk about your ideas and vision. Free consultations are available in our St.Catharines studio by appointments only

  • I need a set up and take down for my event? Can I book this with you?

Short answer – Yes! Please, make sure you to inquire if your date is available. Set-ups and take-downs are available anywhere in the Niagara, Hamilton and GTA areas for a fee. One we know your locations and the work required, we can provide you with a quote and arrange everything.

  • Where can I pick up and drop off my items?

Our main studio is in St.Catharines so if you are in the Niagara area that will work best for you. For our GTA clients, we offer a complimentary pick up and drop off location in Burlington on Appleby Line (a minimum rental of $249 applies for the Burlington pick up and drop off location). If this is your preferred location, we can mutually agree on a date and time for the pick up and drop off. Please, be aware that while the majority of our items are available for pick up and drop off from Burlington, some items like our wine barrels and a table top are not. Contact us if you want to make special arrangements for these.

  • I have something in mind and I don’t see it in your inventory on your website. What are my options?

If that item that you absolutely want to have for your special day is not available on our website, just ask! We will do our best to keep you happy and try to find you must have item! It will give us a very good reason to go shopping and that puts a smile on our faces too!

  • Do you also sell your items?

We like to keep thing fresh and interesting so if you absolutely have fallen head over heels with an item form our fabulous collection, let us know! We will see if we can make your dreams come true and make it happen.

  • I have another question and I haven’t seen the answer anywhere on your website, what do I do?
